Edible Parts: Dried leaves

Description: This seems to be a fairly common "weed" around here in field edges and such.  In the distance it looks quite a lot like Queen Annes Lace.  In fact that is how I came across it, I was trying to collect some queen annes lace flowers for jelly and kept finding yarrow.

Preparation: Dry the leaves (and potentially the flowers) then crumble and use in tea.  This is a medicinal plant, and the list is long on what it can potentially do for you.  A site I found with much good info on the medicinal uses is: http://www.altnature.com/gallery/yarrow.htm
